Strupak Cottage – a one bedroomed detached cottage built in 1866 – ideal for couples. Fully fenced so suitable for dogs.
Riversong – a two bedroomed townhouse next to the Maitai River – ideal for couples or friends travelling together.
The Nest in the Wood – a two bedroomed detached townhouse with private sunny garden – ideal for couples or friends travelling together.
Lemon Tree Cottage – a three bedroomed cottage in a quiet location next to the Centre of New Zealand – ideal for families with young children, friends travelling together, or families with dogs.
What you can expect from all four properties:
Linen provided – Sheets and pillowcases are professionally laundered and of the highest quality. Slip into silky smooth white cotton sheets for a luxurious night’s sleep. Each bed has one feather and one microfibre pillow per person.
Free, unlimited Fibre Wifi – Whether you need to work remotely, or simply catch up with friends and family over Skype, each house is connected to high speed fibre wifi. Strupak Cottage, The Nest in the Wood and Lemon Tree Cottage also have a desk and office chair.
Compendium – There’s nothing like local knowledge to enhance a visit to a new town. A compendium of suggestions of where to eat, drink, shop and visit is available in each property. It also contains useful information about how to work the appliances such as the TV/DVD and oven!
The Nelson Pantry – Experience a real taste of Nelson with the Nelson Pantry – a selection of locally made products for you to enjoy during your stay. Items include Pic’s Peanut Butter, local olive oil,
Sublime plunger coffee, jam, chutney and other treats!
Pantry basics – Pantry basics are provided. We like our food, and know that having basics on hand such as herbs & spices, salt & pepper, flour, stock cubes, tea, coffee and sugar makes a big difference. Plus, cling film, tin foil, kitchen roll and washing up liquid are provided too.
No GST or Booking Fees – AirBnB, VRBO/Bookabach and HolidayHouses.co.nz are now obliged to add GST to all holiday home bookings, in addition to their own booking fees. Book direct and you only pay the nightly rate and cleaning fee, no additional GST or booking fees!
