This two bedroomed townhouse is fully equipped to ensure that it feels like a home away from home. The sunny living room has windows to the north and west ensuring all day sun. With views over the flower filled garden to the tree-lined Maitai River this is a wonderful spot to relax with a book, listen to some music or watch a selection of TV channels on Freeview on the 32″ LED flat screen TV. The living room also has a dining table to seat 4 people and is next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, and pantry basics such as tea, coffee, herbs, spices and olive oil are provided. However if you’ve forgotten anything the nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away and the Milton St Dairy, Milton St fish and chip shop or the Sprig and Fern pub (Hospitality NZ winner of the best bar in NZ!) within 5 mins walk.
